Early Birds International School is a heaven in the middle of Istanbul. Children plant seeds, harvest vegetables, care for animals, and build real-life projects; nothing is random, everything is intentional. The teachers and staff create a nurturing, joyful environment while encouraging kids to question the status quo and ask meaningful questions. Regina, Cansu, Tuğçe, İlkim, Benan, and the whole team are just wonderful. We truly appreciated how warmly our family was welcomed and how thoughtfully communication was handled. I can’t recommend Early Birds enough to other parents.

Early Birds is such a place that if a child sets foot there even once, they will feel emotionally connected and a part of it for the rest of their life; the same is true for their parents as well. Our daughter had a memorable time at Early Bird while we re-allocated to Turkey. The school has offered well-balanced, learning by doing approach to small kids. The kids and teachers are coming from different coutries, so my daughter learns a lot from her international friends and teachers too. We were very happy with the school.

From the moment we visited Early Birds Istanbul, we knew that this would be the best place for our children. And we were right, it has been a wonderful adventure for them, but also for us as parents. Our kids truly blossomed during those years at EBI. The educational team has the extraordinary ability to spot the kids' potential and to make it grow. We are very lucky to be a part of EBI. As I was searching for a kindergarden for my daughter I came across Mrs Regina’s video on Youtube and was impressed by her approach towards child education. The experience my daughter had in the nest was beyond our expectations. I watch my daughter become more independent and confident day by day. Both of my daughters had been so lucky to start their school life with Early Birds. Early birds creates a great environment for the kids where they enjoy outdoors, learn about sustainability, and recycling at a very young age. Early Birds is not only a great school but also a philosophy that sticks with the kids even after they leave the nest. This year has been incredible for my son. He learned how to be self-sufficient, to express himself confidently, and to put himself out there without any fear or hesitation. The school truly encouraged this. He experienced cleaning the mud off his boots, baking his own bread, and even making their own kiln out of clay, discovering how simple it can be to sustain themselves. Being part of these projects helped him see his creative potential and greatly boosted his confidence and independence. We’re beyond happy with his school and highly recommend it.

I am writing this review after two wonderful years my daughter has spent at Early Birds Preschool, and I cannot praise this school enough! From the day we met Regina at Early Birds we signed our children up immediately and without discussion. Everything that she and her team do here are not only methodological in early childhood education, but the educators are living examples whom the children can model after. Our daughter was at early birds for two years, and with Regina (founder of Early Birds) for another year before that. So in total, three years with Regina and her team. I haven't come across such a top notch, modern yet traditionally well established educational establishment. They always very closely observe the kids, play to their strengths and provide constant feedback. Amazing grounds. All the educators are hand picked, very well educated and motivated. Early Birds is not just a preschool. It is an ideal community for parents and children especially in those early childhood years. Under Regina's leadership we always felt our son was safe, cared for and loved wholeheartedly and having fun. The skills imparted to our son in the two years he spent there (such as independence to get dressed, teamwork to solve complex problems, respect for nature) have shaped him in the years that followed. Once you enter Early Birds you never want to leave! The environment is beautiful and all unique made of course by the children together with adults ( teachers / professionals) who gather ideas, plan and record these plans, have meetings amongst peers, present the plan, execute it and celebrate it. Moving to Istanbul from the UK we were so lucky to be recommended Early Birds by a former parent. It is a great nursery. Their approach is holistic and mainly project based; children are involved in all aspects of the projects, from inception to completion. They spend a lot of time outdoors in the most magical garden with school pets (a rabbit and turtles). The food is healthy and tasty. The teachers are adored by the children and are great at what they do! My son will start his third year there later this year and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

EBI is not only a school it’s a real nest and surrounded with the most trustworthy parenting partners where you leave your kids with inner peace. It has been two years since we start learning how to plant, how to develop, how to solve problems, respect to others, giving and asking for a consent, finding our voices and becoming a huge community with the teachers, kids from all ages and also their families. A fantastic preschool (English and German spoken) driven with a very high sense of caring. The children are mainly outdoors, realizing their own projects developed with their teachers. The garden is amazing and in constant evolution… Not to mention the little animals (chickens, turtles and the rabbit!) Highly recommended !

Early birds is a growth mindset kindergarten, offering on hands unique and lifetime experiences to children about our world . The open-minded and well equipped management, the teaching staff, the administrative staff are fostering this growth for the children every day. Early Birds is a place where the children learn flexibly sometimes by making a mud house, sometimes by finding a solution for drainage, sometimes by feeding the worms in the worm compost. The kids own the school because they "make" the school. Everything in school garden is planned and made by the children day by day. It is a living place. If you do not want the school to diminish your child's creativity and curiosity (which they usually do), Early Birds is the place to go.
